From living inside caves and up the trees, your lifestyle will also change along with the years. You will be building farms and taking care of livestock, establish stronger homes that can withstand fiery storms, and eventually, you will dive in the era of technology. ARK: Survival Evolved is an enjoyable simulation that puts you through the test of time. You will be able to see how far humanity has gone. There are discoveries to be made and goals to achieve aside from simply surviving long enough to witness another sunset. After all, you are not the only one existing in the area and other tribes will soon make their appearance. This is where combat begins as you try to wrestle with other groups in order to keep your territories safe and resources intact.

So while it does follow historical themes, it also has taken its liberty in twisting some of the facts. like how humans and dinosaurs can co-exist! It may sound absurd at first but keep in mind that those dinosaurs will be essential in vastly improving your chances of survival. ARK: Survival Evolve allows you to catch, tame, and train these dinosaurs so they can assist you not only in your daily tasks but as well as in the battle against other rising civilizations. You can catch and keep as many as you can. As an added bonus, you can even breed them! Being able to keep dinosaurs as pets is a nice and unique feature that makes the game interesting all throughout.
